Terms of Service

Welcome to TimeFixer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TimeFixer macOS application (the "App") provided by YuwoStudio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimeFixer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TimeFixer is a macOS utility application that allows users to view and modify file timestamps, including:

• Creation date
• Modification date
• Access date

The App works entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use TimeFixer on macOS devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Eligibility

TimeFixer is available to users of all ages. There are no age restrictions for using this App.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use TimeFixer only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to manipulate file timestamps for fraudulent purposes
• Use the App to tamper with evidence or obstruct investigations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Redistribute the App without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content, is owned by YuwoStudio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Purchases

7.1 Payment

If TimeFixer is offered as a paid application, all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not directly process payments.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements.
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• You use the App at your own risk. Any file modifications are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YuwoStudio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
