How do I restore my Lifetime Pro purchase?
Open Task Popper, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why is the AI response slow?
AI response time depends on network conditions and server load. If you experience consistently slow responses, try switching to a different network or wait a few minutes before trying again.
How do I delete my data?
Your task history is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual items by swiping left, or delete all data by uninstalling the app. We don't store your personal data on our servers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your task inputs are processed in memory and not stored on our servers. All communications are encrypted using HTTPS. We don't require account registration, keeping your usage private.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund through your Apple account.
